FWD/NSV/RR SURVEY
The Survey Vehicle is used for automatic collection of road inventory and pavement condition related data required for Road Asset Management, Pavement Maintenance Management System and Road Safety Audit Related Studies.
GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION
The process of a geotechnical survey involves testing the soil consistency and structure, groundwater level, and making recommendations for any technical project based on the results. Boreholes are drilled at the site and samples are taken from the ground and analyzed in a lab.
SOIL TESTING , TEST PIT
Test pits are holes dug prior to construction to help ensure the ground conditions are suitable for building projects. These test pits average a depth of 3-15 feet deep, and allow geotechnical engineers the opportunity to assess soil composition before officially breaking ground.
BLACKSPOT STUDIES
Blackspot is a road section of 300-500m length that has an abnormally high number of road crashes showing a pattern of road crash types due to some underlying local risk factors.
